15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition as received
Unworn and unused
With original tags
In original packaging
With receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping (USA, Europe & Canada)

USA & Canada: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Europe (EU): Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless required by local consumer laws.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and full instructions.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items showing signs of wear or customer damage

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason. All items must remain unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
