2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping out.


3. Do you offer order tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, we send a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours.


4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with photos. We will fix the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
