Tracking Information

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Leather Liftoff is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Leather Liftoff is not responsible for:

• Packages delayed by the carrier
• Packages lost after carrier confirmation of delivery
• Theft after package delivery

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier or your local post office.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us immediately if you need help, and we will assist if the order has not been processed yet.
